Amy Pritchard is the Founder and CEO of Metaverse Mod Squad, the premier service provider for virtual worlds, MMOs, and traditional online communities. Amy works with brands and operators, especially those in the television industry, to provide worldwide moderators, customer support, and community managers. Since September 2007, she has overseen the Gossip Girl experience in Second Life, one of the longest running entertainment-based virtual world marketing campaigns to date.

A leader in the social media industry, Amy co-founded the Association of Online Community Moderators and is a member of e-Mint, an international group of online community professionals. Her experience includes several years as a moderator for a network studio message board and over a decade of practicing law in the areas of bankruptcy, commercial litigation and intellectual property.

She lives in California with her husband and young daughter.
