| Jesse Cleverly began his career
at the BBC developing feature films, before moving on to become Head of
Development for BBC Drama's innovation unit with specific remit to explore
new platforms, new technology and new formats. He then moved on to BBC
Children's where he was an Executive Producer, developing and producing
award winning drama for children and teens. Jesse is currently Head of
Co-Production and Acquisitions for BBC Children's', with specific
responsibility to drama and animation. Over the course of his time at the
BBC, Jesse has developed and produced a number of interactive drama and
animation projects which have explored and exploited various devices and
techniques including UGC, ARG (amongst many other interactive acronyms) to
enrich and extend the audience's engagement with fictional worlds. Jesse has
just announced that he is leaving the BBC to set up his own solutions
company, Connective Media, focussing on the development and production of
next generation narrative content for TV, Web and Mobile.
